Our Life Groups are the heart of this church! It’s where we grow and live out the mission of “Connecting Unconnected People to Jesus Christ” (Matthew 28:19-20).  We offer a variety of group options, days and times to help you find what works best for you and your schedule.

Rooted — A Church-Wide Journey This January

Rooted is a 10-week discipleship experience that helps you grow closer to God and find community through a group. Whether you're exploring what it means to follow Jesus, ready to grow deeper in your faith or are looking for people to do life with, Rooted is for you.

This 10-week* Rooted experience will begin the week of January 18th.

  • Once registrations are in, Katie will reach out with your specific group details!

  • Childcare is available for birth to 5th grade

  • $25 Fee to cover materials and your Rooted workbook

  • Rooted merch is available here!

*Please don’t sign up for Rooted if you will miss more than 2 of the weeks of the study.

  • Whether you are curious about what it means to follow Jesus, want to continue the journey of growing as a disciple, or are looking for a group of people to do life with – Rooted is for you. By saying yes to Rooted you are saying yes to God doing a new work in your life!

  • Grounded in God’s word, the seven rhythms are the foundation of the Rooted experience. Each of these rhythms was practiced by the early church in Acts 2. The seven rhythms include: 

    • Daily devotion (Acts 2:42,46)

    • Prayer (Acts 2:42)

    • Repentance (Acts 2:37-39)

    • Sacrificial generosity (Acts 2:44-45)

    • Serve the community (Acts 2:44-45)

    • Share your story (Acts 2:24-36)

    • Worship (Acts 2:26-28, 46-47)

  • We form groups based on age and stage of life, with options for men, women, and married couples. The only co-ed groups are reserved for married couples. Occasionally, group placements may vary depending on registrations and availability.

  • Rooted is a 10-week experience. Each week your Rooted Group will meet for about an hour and a half. To enable the individual and the group to have the most effective experience possible, we ask that Rooted participants prioritize missing no more than two meetings.

  • Rooted is the on-ramp to Life Groups. Attending Rooted will not only be catalytic to your journey personally, but prepare you and your group to have a shared foundation and vision for biblical community.

  • Our Life Group Pastor Katie will prayerfully place participants in groups of about 10-15 people. We group by age, marital status and life stage. Rooted Groups are made up of married couples, men, or women. A substantial amount of prayer and thoughtfulness go into creating groups that we believe will provide the best experience for those who attend. We do our best to honor friend or leader requests when possible.
